Authors can submit their works either in English or Turkish and presentations will be in the language used in abstract or full papers.
All submitted full papers will be evaluated on a double-blind review basis and published in the proceedings. All abstract submissions will also go through a review process.
The selected papers among the presented at the summit will be suggested for publication after refereeing process in the special issues of the following indexed journals:
