Submitted abstracts or full papers, written either in Turkish or English, will be presented in the sessions which will be organized in the language they are written. All submissions will be evaluated on a double-blind review basis and successful ones will be accepted for oral presentation in the summit and published in the conference proceedings. Selected full papers will be suggested for publication after refereeing process as an e-book chapter or in the special/regular issues of the following indexed journals:
