-Submitted abstracts or full papers, written either in Turkish or English, will be presented in the sessions, which will be organized in the language they are written.
-All submissions will be evaluated on a double-blind review basis and successful ones will be accepted for oral presentation in the summit.
-All abstracts and full papers (in Turkish) will be published in the conference proceedings.
-Selected full papers will be published as an e-book chapter in Springer Verlag Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems.
